HG Series is high end press brake for various mix & various volume production.

An ultra-high precision, high-speed compact bending solution featuring an advanced Dual Servo Power Drive system providing ultimate in bending control and accuracy.

A newly developed NC unit has display functions strengthened to allow operators to check forming information in real time and to contribute to easier operation and shorter lead time. A variety of bend angle solutions support inexperienced operators in achieving target bend angle from the first part without test bending.

      Multiple Axis Back gauge

      • 6-axis back gauge speed setup for complex parts.

          • Independent servo drives for ‘’L’’ axis allow tapered bends.

            Dynamic Hydraulic Crown Bed

            • Amada’s patented hybrid hydraulic crown bed design automatically provides consistent angular accuracy.

              AMNC 3i Control with Network Capabilities

              • User-friendly graphic interface.
                • Automatic program creation from a 3D representation of the workpiece.
                  • Built-in barcode reader
                    • Dual foot pedal ram control.
